If we wanted to comply with delivery time we could have shipped these out very quickly nevertheless we did not want to ship out terribly damaged goods to our clients. I hope you understand that it was important for us that you receive a completely new and in perfect condition ipad case.

The ipad case that was offered was of PU Leather. The case that you purchased is also of the same material and not plastic. We sincerely apologise if this description was not clear in the advertisement of Groupon.
