My complaint:

I made the same experience as obviously some other customers of this institute.
Very long waiting times. Cancellation of appointments. Sometimes 20 min before when I am already on my way and babysitter is already organized.

Desired solution:

I will just stop going there even I still have payed for 2 more treatments
