My complaint:
Took out a new sim only contract in may 2010. Connection fee 10 euros, monthly contract fee 9 euros that means to date i only owe telfort 30 euros. Its two months later and Telfort has so far stolen nearly 140 euros from me because some really smart employee there somehow managed to put me onto a wrong contract of 29 euros per month. I never authorised such an amount to be taken from my bank account so in my books its theft. At my cost i have to keep calling cusotmer service. they keep telling me to wait till their next bill run. No-one yet has given me a solution that i am satisifed with and everyone act as if my problem is my fault. Theres always something wrong with the system. No-one is taking responsibility or doing more than the computer tells them to do to try to sort this out. Furthermore they still havent ported my number!! The level of stupidity, irresponsibility and incompetence is mind boggling.
Gewenste oplossing
Put me onto the contract i asked and signed for. Refund my money as quickly as you stole it without me begging for it. Port my number like you promise customers you are capable of doing. If you cant do this then just please give me back my money, cancel my contract and we can pretend this never happened
