My complaint:
I ordered inscense “Moeder’s Geuren” and paid 13.90 Eur per paypal.
Paypal sent me per email a acknowledgement for the payment to Zelfzijn, but I got either an acknowledgement from Zelfzijn nor the product. What happened there?
Desired solution:
Please be so kind to send me the money of 13.90 Eur back to my paypal account.
