My complaint:

Dear sir or madam,

at the weekend I got an bottle of ah fruit smoothie and just an hour ago it exploded in my kitchen!!!!!

I just moved in an painted all walls in white and now I have everywhere the RED smoothie coming from the walls.

I really don´t know how this can happen!?! The bottle was originaly closed. If I would have been in the kitchen I would have the glass parts now in my face!!! And you know what that would mean.

I am relly in schock and also very angry about that! This is so dangerous!!!

Desired solution:

I have to repaint and clean my kitchen again! Thant is gonna be a lot of work and therefor I want to have the costs back!!! I want to be contacted as soon as possible.

I hope you understand that I am very upset and want to have this solved asap.
