My complaint:

I was phoned 2x by KPN telling me that I can change my subscription to a more advantageous bundel. I was also told that I can do that myself via their website. After a whole lot of trouble trying to log in, I was given the message that I can not change my subscription. I phoned the klantenservice, and after an eternity waiting for a live voice to talk to you, I was told that it was not possible to change my subscription! Do you know how much time I lost just surfing through the KPN website and then trying to get some answer on the phone? To top it all, the klantenservice can not explain why I was called in the first place. Can you believe that?
