Geachte heer/mevrouw,
Ik heb op 26 oktober een laptop batterij besteld bij online shop miniinthebox site.
Ik heb nog steeds mijn bestelling NIET gehad, het is alweer 3 maanden terug.
Als ik ze een mail stuur, krijg ik geen antwoord op mijn vraag maar gewoon een standaard bericht van hun.
Ik zou graag mijn geld terug willen.
