My complaint:

On December 10, 2010 I posted a package to California from Winter in Amstelveen. It has still not arrived and apparently because I never paid extra, I have no way of tracking this package. I paid 19 Euros and I am exepected to pay a special fee so that I can track it? When a person sends something in the mail, with TNT or any other company, they expect that their package will arrive without having to pay an extra fee! I would like to know what has happened to this package and where it is now?
