Vodafone cheated me by sending me the wrong micro-sim card for my new contract renewal instead of sending me the correct micro-sim card. As a result, my bills were mixed up for almost 6 months until I found out the fraud. I complained, they apologized, they send the correct micro-sim card but they refuse to pay me back the overcharges.

12 years ago - Dear Jeannette, it took you all this time to repeat the same non sense and accuse me once more of activating the wrong microSIM card that you send me ? In the shipment papers it shows that you send me the correct sim, but you did not. If this doesn't constitute consumer malpractice and fraud then I don't know what does. the case is already handled legally and soon you will receive formal legal claims. You lost 2 loyal customers of many years with multiple contracts, you will loose more time defending my case further for months, I have lost time and 1000 euros in overcharges. Typical loose/loose situation. Sad and unethical indeed not to offer a single apology for all this mess you have caused.
